Checking your sign-in

Sends a town spec to Carvographer's map service on Azure as a job. The page answers at once and the town is made on Azure; when it's ready it shows here, at its last year, and you get an email. Taik's in full takes about a minute and a half, and a little more when the service has been asleep.
